HMI Home Health, a division of Health Management, Inc. is a JCAHO-accredited, Medicare and D.C. Medicaid certified agency serving District of Columbia residents since 1989.

The goal of the home health team is to see patients restored to optimal health and continued wellness. We offer comprehensive health care services ranging from short-term care to ongoing management of chronic illness.
